It’s Friday! 🎉 Who doesn’t feel like singing for the weekend?! Woo hoo! We made it! #Stitching is in my weekend forecast…what’s in yours? I am currently working on a prayer shawl that I am LOVING! Every stitch brings me joy. Have you ever had a project like that? One that you are excited to see completed but at the same time will be sad to be done with it because you are enjoying stitching it so much? Maybe it’s just me and I’m a little crazy. Don’t get me wrong, I love to see a completed project…..but this one I will be sad to be done stitching a little. It is such a fun pattern to work. I find that I really gravitate toward slip stitch patterns. Something about them I just love more than any other kind of pattern. How about you? What are your favorite types of patterns to stitch?

This weekend my family and I will also be participating in a virtual family movie night that is being hosted by our church. I’m not certain yet exactly how that will work. I’m not sure if they are suggesting a certain movie that we all watch or if each family is on their own to choose? Regardless, a GREAT movie plan to check out is Crossflix. You don’t have to worry about what your kids will be watching because this is a family friendly program. Just pure movies with positive messages. It’s so worth $1.99 a month. You can’t rent more than one Redbox movie for that…and you certainly couldn’t rent a movie off demand for that either. This is definitely something worth checking out. 😉
