One of the very first things that stands out to me right now as I backtrack down memory lane is how much more time I must have used to have to work on projects. LOL There was only a month between the date of the last finished set to the date of the pictures of this set. That is a LOT of stitching to get done in a month!! Apparently life with teenagers is more consuming than life with babies and toddlers, LOL!!
Let the crochet therapy continue. It’s funny how all of the stitching I did during this time was for other people having babies. I guess that was part of the journey that the Lord needed me to go on to grow and work through dealing with my own losses. Funny how He works sometimes.
Pattern for the sweater was once again Sweet Baby Hoodie by Bernat Design Studio
The pattern for the dog was from the same pattern book as the bear:
Annie’s Attic: Blankets & Animal Companions
I do not remember what bootie pattern I used for this. This is the downside of not keeping a log or journal of sorts when I first got started. But honestly, who knew stitching would become such a huge part of my life all those years ago.
This is the Smarty Pants Block Afghan by Bernat Design Studio
This pattern was worked in 5 strips and then the strips crocheted together. I still love the mint and white colors and I love the block pattern. I can’t believe I haven’t made this blanket again…I really did enjoy making it.
What do you think of the Smarty Pants Block Afghan?
Happy Stitching!!🧶❤
