So true! You can add knit and cross stitch to the list too. ~BC (Before #Covid19) I was closer to realizing this dream. Now school is 100% virtual and there are days I donβt even see my crochet hook or needles π However I feel #blessed to have all this extra time with my kids.π
It’s easy to get caught up in the things that we are missing out on and not able to do and lose sight of the things that are positive and good right in front of us. It’s all in how we choose to look at our circumstances. Sure, I used to get a lot more stitching done in a day, but right now I’m getting to see my kids more and I’m choosing to enjoy this time because I know it will not last forever. I don’t want to look back and regret that I didn’t make the most of it. There is a part of me that will be sad when things go back to normal and the house is quiet again.
How is everyone else doing during this time? Has COVID effected your stitching time for the better or for the worse? If you are getting more stitching time I would love to hear that too and I would LOVE to see the things you’ve been able to work on. βΊοΈ
Happy Stitching!
