Refund Policy

Ok, a little more housekeeping. I’m just adding them as I remember them, so I guess they may just pop up from time to time. Most of these policies and information are on all the other sites so I feel like I’ve said it all before. I realized I should probably add the info to the blog as well, though, in case the other sites haven’t been visited. So, here’s my refund policy:

*On patterns, due to the instant download and access to the pattern, there is a no refund policy.*


*On items made, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so if you are in any way unhappy please contact us upon your receipt of the item and we will work out a solution. Please message us before giving a negative rating or comment, we will do our best make sure your buying experience is a positive one. We do not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.  If we discover that it was an error on our part, we will refund the full amount, postage included, or correct the error, and refund you the postage. Full details will be worked out on a case to case basis, so contact us immediately to resolve any issues.*



Most of the sales on this blog (if not all of them) will be pattern purchases, but I added the second part just in case you were wondering and didn’t want to go searching for it on the other sites I have set up. :0)
